After the surprising revelation, Ingrid asks Dave to have a DNA test with her in order to prove all of them wrong. Unfortunately, in contrast to what they expected, the result of the test ended up confirming Elizabeth’s confession, which adds up to Ingrid’s paranoia of truly losing everything important to her. The moment Elizabeth wakes up for her coma, she tries to comfort her gloomy daughter. But as Ingrid admits, it doesn’t lessen the pain in anyway. Upon knowing that Marlene and her family are the people who know about the whereabouts of her real son, she drops by their house to ask for directions. On the other side, Marlene is begging JR to reconcile with Dave, thinking that the two’s truce will then lead to Dave’s acceptance of her as his mother.
