Rita informs JR of Ramon’s plan to escape the country, including his plan to lead the authorities towards the wrong direction. Upon learning this, JR immediately tips Dave for additional backup. Unfortunately, the said meeting turns out to be a rather fatal encounter. Ramon is instantly shot down by the authorities; and to make the situation worse, the ambulance that is supposed to rush Ramon in the hospital is blown into pieces by a still unidentified bomber.
