Gosh, this TV show is so intriguing! I've never watched any Tagalog serials until this one started back in February while I was visiting the Philippines. Upon returning to the U.S. this nightly program became part of my routine. Now, whether the episodes are exciting or boring, I just find a need to follow up on the updates. Frankly, there are phrases I don't quite understand 'cause I've been in the U.S. since my student days. However, the actions and gestures of the cast make it easier for viewers to grasp what goes on in the story. Speaking of which, - episode 161 is super esciting, yet, leaves one to suspect there's going to be another big twist. Did I hear right that Audrey is moving to Texas, as in Texas, U.S. A.? Whoa! That really is a BIG move! Well, then, no problem for JR. to pusue the love of his life. After all, the only hindrance to rekindle the "Forbidden" love of these two is the bitter, selfish, and ugly surroundings overcasting their lives. With Texas being so far away, what would stop them now? Perhaps it's about time JR. begin to love himself. Being a grown and disciplined man, he should part from home, have his own place, teach his parasitic family how to be independent. When did they become helpful to him, anyway?! As in any screen show, of course a happy ending is always expected at the finale. Whether Audrey and JR. will get back together or not, at least I hope to see reconcilliation among the warring characters in the story. If it is any consolation to all the heartaches we felt because of the sad fate of Audrey and JR. wouldn't it be nice to see that all the probelms created in this story will be ironed out, all the evils and atrocities will be judged, and all the criminals will be punished (namely: Ramon, Hunyango, Nico, Ingrid, Stanley, and, to top them all, Dave).

My one last hope: End this story with good, moral lesson because it showed too much hatred and violence throughout the second half of the series.

OMG!! I hope she says I LOVE YOU back to JR and hopefully she doesent go to Texas. JR and Audrey are so meant to be, hopefully the writers will get them together soon.

Audrey going to Texas, USA? So the story ends on a cliff hanging, that is why there is what they rumored TD2. Oh well, am not interested anymore if the ending is hanging. Anyway, Gerald have proven to all his critics in this teleserye that he is one fine actor in the likes of Christopher de Leon and Fernando Poe Jr.

hay audrey, napakatanga mo talaga, hindi ka makatago ng sikreto. pinarinig mo ke lola lily na punta ka sa texas, eh di nakatimbre na yan sa mag-inang praning. ingrid and dave will never allow you to have peace of mind, esp dave will not allow you to be happy. bago ka pumunta sa texas, pwede ba ipaampon mo na yang lola mo ke dave, kampi naman siya ke dave, para walang pasaway ke angela. the gall of marlene to ask audrey to forgive dave??? she was the cause of all this trouble. if she had allowed jr and audrey to get married and did not stand in the way of the two, just to please her favorite son, dave, then all these troubles wouldn't have occurred. if and when jr really decides to leave, then marlene deserves what she's getting now, instead of mabuo ang pamilya, nawala lahat ang mga anak niya.

we know that marlene blames audrey for what happened to her twins. and we know that ingrid blames audrey for her sons depression. and just maybe, it would be better that audrey leaves for good. but i doubt if audrey can have the guts to leave. she truly loves jr but is torn between what would be the repurcussions if she returns to jr's arms. she can't really have peace of mind if dave and ingrid are around esp ingrid, who's hiring?? an investigator to follow audrey around. how pathetic. it's really best for audrey to leave na lang, but please bring jr with you, but jr seems to have other ideas as well, but jr is so good he won't stand in the way if audrey really decides to leave.

hanggang mamatay yata si dave, di nya mapayagan mapunta si audrey ke jr. he's really the bane to jr/audrey's love affair. whatever it takes, jr and audrey deserves to be happy in the end, and this could be attained if dave's character would be killed off. with all of the hatred sown in this series, sana the moral lesson in every story that the bad is punished and the good exonerated will be achieved. HAPPINESS to jr and audrey.

I hope they'll not disappoint us.Pls.change the mode of TD.Lets have a happy and reconciliation of families.Once & for all how many months of greed/killings & lies are just tiring and draining.

Today's episode belongs to Kim/Audrey.She'd shown maturity and finess in her acting. Bravo Kim you've proven that you're ready to tackle any given role with depthness and justice. Your acting has grown leaps and bounds and there is no doubt in my mind na ikaw ay maibibilang sa mga batikang actors sa industriya.

Gustong -gusto ko ang scene na sinabihan mo si JR na hindi siya ang kailangan mo kundi peace of mind and yet afterwards I could really feel your pain and heartache dahil alam kong JR is all you need para muli kang magkaroon nang lakas na lumaban. Wow galing mo plus idagdag mo pa ang sinabi mo kay Marlene na matagal ka nang patay mula nang ikasal ka kay Dave na praning, na wala na siyang itinira para sa iyo at kung puwede niyang buuin ang winasak niya baka doon puwede ka pang magpatawad. You delivered your lines without overacting/overreaching but with clarity, strength and conviction kaya naman feel na feel mo ang hapdi/bigat without inflicting physical harm. Congrats Kim a new dramatic actress is born.

Hindi ako makali sa susunod na episode. May kasamang kaba at kilig dahil finally JR just like what Lola Gets said magpakalalake at magpakatotoo na siya atpanahon na para ipaglaban ang pag-ibig niya. Sa wakas sasabihin na niya na mahal na mahal niya si Audrey . OMG this is it , I hope, this is really it!!!! Sana mag-umpisa na ring maningil ang hustiya kina Dave, Inrgid, Marlon, Niko, Stanley, Lola Lily, Ramon. Once and for all para hindi tuluyang umalis si Audrey dapat malaman niya si JR lang ang palaging nagliligtas sa buhay niya at hindi itong duwag na impostor na si Dave. Dapat niyang pagbayaran lahat nang kahayupang ginawa niya kina Audrey at JR. Tuloy -tuloy na sana itong light behind the dark clouds no? Audrey and JR together...

We here in Texas gladly welcome Audrey but she belongs there with JR--her one great love. I wonder if she will ever learn that it was JR who saved her from the ticking bomb...this would salve her hurts and hasten her healing.

What I cannot understand is why there is such a negative reaction from Audrey about the fake marriage...should'nt she rejoice instead? This paves the way and clears the path towards JR...the events are so convoluted that the characters' reactions somehow are so questionable...even Marlene's overtures towards JR and Audrey to forgive Dave...Dave who is not even asking for forgiveness and continues to nurture ill feelings towards JR...anyone else for Audrey except JR is his mantra. Strange and weird reaction from Marlene indeed...only Lola Gets seems to be the saner one here except also that she possesses this 'insane' sense of protectiveness towards Ramon.

This is a story of dysfunctional families whose conflicts are expected to be resolved within the next 18 days. Hopefully, JR and Audrey will be able to celebrate their love and the rest of the characters reap their just rewards. Wheww!

One saving grace is the revelation of Gerald's maturation into a credible dramatic actor with great possibilities into other genre--action, etc.

Another one is the 100% increase in PMA applicants which has been attributed largely to this series.

Kim, at the beginning, needed to keep pace but she is also getting there. She has credibly characterized Audrey --naive, a pushover, a doormat--traits which are not really Kim's...that is why a lot of us are frustrated by Audrey...which means Kim acted out her character really well. Her character has also evolved and we are breathing well now that she or her character is showing some gumption against those who still want to trample over her. Kim too is now portraying Audrey as her character needs to be portrayed.

What a journey for all of us Kim and Gerald fans who admire them pitting their talents against the veteran multi-awarded actors.

Congratulations Kim and Gerald! May you have more pairings together! God bless always! Congratulations also go to the makers of TD who have given us such a roller coaster ride with our emotions sometimes getting ahead of us. I thought Sana Maulit Muli would be my all-time favorite but now it is topped by TD--TD marks the unearthing of Kim and Gerald's dramatic skills amidst the trials and tribulations of Audrey and JR.

well what a show ! Its show the versatility of the cast, Kimerald loveteam are the best. My husband said if he is JR he will find another girlfriend. He loves Kim & Gerald & sad to say that the series is coming to an end, Hopefully there will be more Kimerald teleserye & that why Kapamilya channel is no.1

finally, with tonight's teaser of jr and audrey's military wedding, all my heartbreaks, heartaches, tension towards this series disappeared in thin air. i can breathe a sigh of relief that in the end, tayong dalawa is jr and audrey. maski ano pa gawin ni ingrid, i don't care. but i sensed that with this latest ingrid shenanigan, it will be dave who will pay for ingrid's sins. that's called karma and finally jr and audrey will be free from this mag-inang praning. ingrid will be arrested cause she is the listed owner of hunyango's dummy corpotations. i thought so, audrey won't be able to leave. ingrid will have audrey kidnapped and in his eagerness to be a hero that he never was, dave will be bombed out for good.

yes, i agree with 1:36. with all the negative comments about audrey's character, kim definitely and successfully portrayed that of a pushover, one who readily trusts anybody bec. of her inate goodness, but also one who can't stand out for her man bec. she doesn't want any trouble, she cares for what people might say, she only wants peace of mind even if she really isn't happy. she prevented jr from seeing her again but complains that jr hindi nagpaparamdam. she hates dave but accepted the flowers???, why no consistency....

kalokahh tong ingrid na to. ibabalita nya ke dave na paalis na si audrey pa texas, tapos nong pupuntahan ni dave, aangal angal siya. matatapos na tong series, kakahilo pa din walang consistency. pati si marlene hilonghilo sa sarili nya. una gusto nya paghiwalayin si jr/audrey para lumigaya si dave. tapos nung papakasal na si audrey ke dave sa simbahan, tanong nya kung sigurado ba si audrey, dapat maging masaya siya. tapos nagkagulogulo, ngayon gusto pa nya patawarin ni audrey si dave, kasi baka makulong ang fav nyang anak na si dave. ang lesson lang na makuha nating dito sa series na to, kailangan pantay pantay ang maternal love sa mga anak niya. and let GROWN UP kids decide for themselves, this is for ingrid. for all its worth, inspite of the hatreds among families shown in this series, good will trimph in the end. this series has affected many televiewers such that sometimes the characters cannot be separated from the actors. we really hate those who inflict pain on jr and audrey. but the victors here are the staff, crew and actors and actresses who made this a toprating series and also of course kim and gerald. they matured professionally overnight in this series.
