This episode is so great because it shows Gerald's depth in acting. He is so great that on this scene he's the sole winner. Audrey knew it was JR. who saved her and what a good brother. All the emotions Gerald showed without even saying a word , you could feel his tremendous pain/heartache of giving his one true love to his brother who's weak and deceitful. OMG kahit pati ako nadala ni Gerald sa kangyang acting dahil kahit ako nagngingitngit at umiiyak ang puso ko para sa kanya.Walanghiya si Dave walang moral. This is great love as you see it. Sana po mga writers masundan pa itong eksenang ito na maging lalake si Dave na praning at aminin ang totoo na si JR at hindi siya ang nagligtas kay Audrey. Gerald bravo, your acting is par excellance. Maihahanay ka na sa mga Christopher de Leon and your versatality in acting shows. comment on the teaser(wedding): you gotta be kidding me! didn't we just spend 1 or 2 weeks worth of episodes where Audrey is lamenting about her marriage to dave and is dying to have it annulled? how can they show her having to make a choice? wtf...what in the world...what the hell... #@&$$!!...i just can't find the expletives to express my disgust! and now i know kung sino ang sira ulo dito...ME... for having spent the entire seven months hoping for a JR-Audrey union without a hitch. how much more do i have to endure? this show has really driven me insane.

No matter how heartbreaking this episode is, especially for kimeralds, I believe it was JR who stole the hearts of many. Yes, it was Dave who took the credit of saving Audrey, but in the end siya naman ang nagmukhang masama diba?. Kaya ako, saludo ako sa 'yo JR, it's such a great sacrifice.

Wow! what a scene.You can feel JR's pain and anguish seeing the only woman he loves tied up, gagged , bound to a chair, almost died if he was not on time and most of all it's his own brother that he's trying to help is the culprit. You can feel what he's feeling and his controlled anger just looking at his eyes and it's all written there without uttering a word. Ge as JR. pinahanga mo ang buong mundo, bravo. Para tuloy gusto kong yakapin ka para i-console sa sakit na nararamdaman mo,damang-dama ko lalo na sa pag-iyak mo. Ganoon katindi ang acting mo .

You and Kim make us your fans so proud and that you deserve all the praises sa inyong acting talents.Hindi kami nagkamaling mahalin, hangaan at ipaglaban kayo .

Ewan ko lang sa nakita ni Dave na ginawa ni JR (what an unselfish act) hindi pa magkakaroon nang puso para palayain at sabihin ang totoo kay Audrey. Dave should know true love is not selfish/makasarili. JR desrves Audrey dahil he'll do anything , everything for her .

Tama ka anonymous 5:33am kung ang mga writers ay hindi pa makuha na JR and AUdrey should be together wala talagang manhid sila at walang pakiramdam.

"TAYONG DALAWA " is nearing it's end and up to this point wala paring JR at Audrey. Ano ba yan this teleserye was heavily promoted/touted as Kim and Gerald's pero what happened? Hope in the end it's JR and AUdrey which millions of fans are waiting for. Gerald and Kim saludo ako sa inyo . Huwag sana kayong magbago. Love you both sobra-sobra.

Kung meron mang "driving under the influence" meron din akong nanotice na walang sawang "writing under the influence..." which my hubby who also watches TD seriously agrees with.

Sa scene where JR defused the bomb-- natural progression would have been for JR to take out the most uncomfortable piring sa mata and the tight mouth cover and to reassure the victim, namely Kim, who just underwent tremendous stress...but script and direction dictated otherwise...totoo yong sinabi nong isang poster na ginagawa ng TD ang viewer na dumb and dumber...

But good things still happen despite ...nakapakita tuloy nang gilas sa acting si Gerald and Kim...thanks be to God for small graces!

TD's continued unwieldy treatment of the characters has actually boomeranged towards JC as he bears the brunt of the viewer's reaction and the uneasy comparison with Ge's acting skills which really overpowers his. Poor JC. He pales by comparison and the supposed exposure he is favored with is not giving him the expected results! Panalo pa rin si Gerald!

Go Kim! Go Gerald! You will still reap the good things here as you continue to render your best considering your very scarce and short stints in the show. More projects, endorsements, etc. for you! God bless always!

great acting, gerald but as jr i can't fathom what you did. this really showed how cool you are under pressure. so cool, that in fact not one word spoken, here before your eyes, your very heart and soul tied in a chair with bomb tickling nereby and not even calling out her name for reassurance. we televiewers who are great fun of yours can't help feel tears falling as you carefully and slowly remove the binds that tied her feet and mouth but not the eyes.. these were so emotional moments but audrey knew it was you, deep down inside she knew it was you because of your tender touch.. but you were a great brother, you don't want to get audrey dirtied and so you let dave get the credit AGAIN. it really pained us this time, you had it but you let it go again. great acting gerald, you had us stop our breathe...

YES, i think the first natural thing that a rescuer does is to remove the blindfold, the mouth and lastly the hands and feet. and he's no ordinary rescuer, he's the former lover of the victim. this was all against ordinary convention. and to have another individual take the credit, takes the cake.. and these are supposed to be PMA graduates??? and kapal naman ni dave kung itatago na naman niya to ke audrey for his own intentions just like when they were kids in tagaytay. and then audrey agrees to marry him just bec of another utang na loob, is another katangahan.

this episode is great despite the typical damsel-in-distress chuvah ek ek. the jr-dave handshakes are way overplayed na, so pls. lang get rid of it.. NOW NA! but i couldn't agree more that it was gerald who stole the show. BRAVO!

kalokah naman ang bomb scene. the HONORABLE dave with his alalays went one way and jr went the other way. si jr ang unang nakakita, ibig sabihin mas me brains? si jr, and groupo ni dave wala, kaya lagi nalulusutan. very soap opera stuff. ganun ba kadali ipatigil ang bomb??

I guess nasanay talaga tayo kay JR na masyadong cool and reserve, one who rarely shows his emotions. He cries sometimes but this was the first time that we really saw him break down to the max. We just witnessed his vulnerability, the emotions were so real it gave me goosebumps. I applaud you Gerald. No words can explain how proud I am to be your fan! keep it up!

what a difference a background song can do to a scene with no dialogue. although we hear it over and over throughout this serye, memorable talaga ang tayong dalawa theme song. in this episode it matches the emotions of JR through the end. nung bumirit na si gary sabay hagulgol ni JR, ang galing ng timing! swak na swak! the last time I saw this ay nung kinakasal si audrey kay dave habang nasa hospital si JR fighting for his life. congrats sa staff behind TD!

I agree with the comment that this was really the first time that we saw a vulnerable JR. I died inside when I saw him breakdown.

I'm sure, this scene is pivotal because it will lead to JR and Dave's redemption. Dave will be able to redeem himself by handing back Audrey to JR. He will realize an important lesson on love.

there was this other scene where i think gerald has shown fine performance was in the court scene where audrey was in the stand and testified that jr could not and not capable of murder.

hay, the topic all day in the office was gerald's acting last night. 2 more years, hindi na nila pwedeng isangtabi ang kg. kung sa asap 2nd and 3rd row lang sila sa hanay ng mga performers, i bet you, give kg a GOOD movie and another series, they can rub shoulders na with the bidas (yesteryears) of abs-cbn. kung sa fan base lang lamang na ang kg, we can really show them that given a good project, the kg can give the jlc/sg tandem a run of their money. kaya lang parang urong/sulong ang promised na movie. if ever the movie pushes through, kimeralds would show them what fan power is.

sayang lang, ms de rossi is a fine actress, but her role has not given her the chance to show it, unlike agot isidro, who's character has allowed her to showcase her acting prowess. same as dave's, ingrid's roles are given more exposures to the detriment of jr, audrey and greta. luckily for coco, although it is given that he is a good actor, his role as ramon has made him a household name. now suddenly marlene's role has become tame.

was that a naughty and triumphant smile on dave's face when audrey embraced him after the rescue?? it seems history is repeating itself. could audrey ever forgive him this time. but who will tell audrey that it was jr who save her? as expected dave can never be trusted, now he has second thoughts about the annulment. why is he so afraid that if he let audrey go, audrey and jr will get back together. it seems he is now afraid of his own shadow, takot na siya sa sariling anino nya.

I've always been a big fan of Gerald and now I managed to drag my husband to watch an episode...and if there is one episode to show him, THIS WAS IT. Thank you Gerald for showing my husband why I've been raving about this show from the get-go. You are indeed one damn fine young actor.

I still hope that the final scene would show JR and Audrey together, that good, honest people and good things always prevail. in just 3 years time, kim and gerald have definitely honed their acting skills, hindi na sila pacute cute, they have definitely arrived. move over pp, jlc, jr, gerald's taking over your throne. hindi na pwede ang mga paimportancia effect nyo. kim and gerald are only two of the most dedicated young artists today and they are so humble and wholesome, no wonder many fans vocal and silent are supporting them all the way locally and abroad. The two can really feel the love of their fans. congrats to your very credible and fine acting.. very natural and no traces of consciousness on cam.

Gerald the hard work you've put forward for the last 3 years has finally paid off .What a "brilliant performance" you've just shown to the viewing public.This is the type of acting only seasoned actors like Boyet De Leon, Vilma Santos & Nora Aunor could deliver effortlessly,full of emotions expressed through simple body movements & more on "eye-acting".
